Helmut Naujoks, has specialized in the field of labour law in Germany for years. He represents employer interests exclusively.

After studying law at the University of Bochum, he founded his law firm for labour law, which is based in Hamburg.

In 2002 Naujoks published the professional guide Kündigung von Unkündbaren (“Terminating the Untouchables”), which appeared in a new edition in 2012, as well as Schwarzbuch Betriebsrat (“The Works Council Black Book”) in 2010.

In 2000 Naujoks founded his seminar company to share his comprehensive experience with German labour law in practical instruction for employers and their legal advisors. Topics include particular questions on terminating members of works councils, liability of management boards and executive managers and collective bargaining law, especially freedom from the restrictions of collective pay agreements or the conclusion of company pay agreements.
